Tooling costs hit upfront
Molds and fixtures are due before you ship a single unit. A big cash bite right after a campaign closes.
For hardware startups & crowdfunded projects
You funded the campaign. Now you have to ship. We take DTC hardware brands and funded Kickstarter / Indiegogo projects from a working prototype to production-quality units, on a schedule and a budget you can defend to your backers.

01The problem
The gap between a great prototype and units in a backer's hands is where hardware campaigns stall.
Molds and fixtures are due before you ship a single unit. A big cash bite right after a campaign closes.
You cannot stand on the floor in Ningbo. Without inspection, defects surface only when backers open the box.
Most factories quote exactly what you send. Nobody flags a wall thickness, draft angle or material that will fail at volume.
You promised a ship date. Every re-tool and re-sample eats the runway you have left.
02Our answer
One engineering partner from DFM to delivered units, not a broker forwarding your files.
Before any tooling is cut we review your CAD and samples for manufacturability: materials, tolerances, draft, wall thickness.
Injection and casting molds from specialized shops around the plant. For production projects we can arrange deferred settlement of the tooling cost. Ask about mold financing for your case.
Ask about mold financingYou approve physical samples and first-article (T1) parts in writing before serial production starts. No surprises at scale.
Every batch passes the plant laboratory before it ships: CMM, optical spectrometer, hardness, salt spray, tensile.
Staged 30 / 30 / 40 payments and independent third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / QIMA) before the final payment.
We ship on FOB or CIF terms and hand off to your freight forwarder, or arrange sea and air to your market.
As an EU entity we invoice and document your project so you may be able to qualify your R&D spend for national incentives (PL, DE, UK, FR). We never promise a tax outcome. Confirm eligibility with your advisor.
03The process
Indicative sequence. Tooling is usually the longest phase. Actual timing depends on your part, tooling and volume, and is fixed in your quotation, not promised here.
01
CAD and samples checked for manufacturability.
02
Molds built in the cluster. Usually the longest phase.
03
Physical samples and first-article parts for your written sign-off.
04
A short validation run before scaling up.
05
Scheduled to your volume, with in-process quality control.
06
Third-party inspection, then FOB / CIF to EU or US.
In scope. Alongside metal and plastic, we take on connected and consumer electronics such as smart lighting, connected devices and app-connected IoT, delivered through a qualified specialized electronics plant under our engineering supervision, DFM and QC. We can design and manufacture from scratch or take over an existing product. Tell us what you are building and we will scope it with you.
Discuss your productSend us your prototype specs or your Kickstarter / Indiegogo page. We will tell you what it takes to make it, at volume, on a schedule you can plan around.
